Seismo-Luminous Phenomena at Santa Rosa

Abstract
The author has reported luminous phenomena observed at the time of Matsushiro earthquake swarm. Recently Dr. L.E.Salanova kindly sent him a copy of a report of similar luminous phenomena at Santa Rosa, California where a large earthquake occurred on Oct. 1, 1969. The report was presented on a local newspaper. Its main part will be introduced here with present author's comments.
