The Kakioka Magnetic Observatory is one of the Auxiliary Organs of the Japan Meteorological Agency (JMA), an external bureau of the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport (MLIT).
The office of the Kakioka Magnetic Observatory consists of Director and three divisions: General Affairs Division, Technology Division, and Observation Division. Each division is led by Division Head.
General Affairs Division consists of two sections, General Affairs Section and Operation Section. Each section is led by Section Chief.
In Technology Division and Observation Division, Senior Researchers and Researchers are assigned under Division Head.
